Which cargo companies do you work with?
All our products are shipped by UPS, FedEx, Evri and in some cases USPS.
When will I get my order?
When we receive your order, we carefully start the production of your order. All our products are handmade and produced specially for you. Order production time is 2-4 days on average. Depending on your location, the shipping time may vary between 1-5 days on average. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.
Refund
There is no exchange option.
You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
It is important that the product to be sent as a return does not lose its resalable feature and is packaged as it arrived.

When will I receive my refund?
After the product you have returned reaches us, it will be examined by the inspection team and after approval, your fee will be made to the card you use through your bank's online payment system in accordance with your payment type and the refund will be reflected in your account within 7 business days.
